Google Slideshow

Being an avid power point user, this application seems pretty limited. Aside from being able to post this on my personal website, I am not sure that I see a value in this product. School loop allows me to post all my powerpoints (I use these daily for lectures in AP Bio) online. Perhaps this tool is targeted towards teachers without such resources?

    I also like the idea that these tools are available to those who lack the resources - but agree that they are very limited in their scope. At my school we tried to share math tests through google docs. If we uploaded a previous test the format was totally messed up and the equations were missing. If we tried to create a test, there wasn't an equation editor. If google could find a way to increase the ability of the programs I would definitely use them more.

    I am also trying to out how I can incorporate the Google Presentation into my teaching. I am lucky enough to have the access to School Loop that I publish all the information/material that my students can use including the powerpoint presentations I made for the class. I need to play around more to know how I may best use the Google presentation.
